Immersion in the heart of Cofidur SEICO’s industrial know-how

Cofidur SEICO was honored to welcome members of the Estuaire et Sillon Entrepreneurs’ Club to its Malville production site for an exceptional immersion into the heart of its industrial universe.

MEETING LOCAL INDUSTRIAL EXCELLENCE

From the moment they arrived, participants were immersed in the demanding and technical world of industrial electronics. After a presentation of Cofidur SEICO ‘s history, values and market positioning, the tour continued in our production workshops.

At each stage of the tour, our visitors were able to observe:
– The rigor of our manufacturing processes: from the assembly of electronic boards to their integration into complex systems,
– Mastery of cutting-edge technologies such as brazing, automated optical inspection (AOI) and quality control at every stage,
– The meticulousness and precision of our teams, guaranteeing the reliability and performance of the products we deliver.

The visit highlighted Cofidur SEICO’s commitment to innovation, quality and customer satisfaction.

Cofidur SEICO, committed to promoting industrial professions to the younger generation

As part of the ” Grand Quiz de l’Industrie”, organized by UIMM Loire-Atlantique, Cofidur SEICO was pleased to take part in an educational initiative designed to help secondary school students discover the richness and diversity of the industrial professions.

A three-stage tour of the industry

This innovative scheme was structured around three key stages:
– Company visit: immersion in the heart of industrial professions,
– Meeting with a training organization: discussion of possible career paths,
– Final quiz: a major event bringing together all the participating establishments.

AN ENRICHING MEETING WITH MONA OZOUF COLLEGE STUDENTS

On March 18, 2025, we were delighted to welcome students from Collège Mona Ozouf de Savenay to our production site. Through this visit, we shared with them our daily lives, our know-how, and our vision of modern, innovative industry.

A festive finale to close the event

On April 1, students gathered for the grand finale of the Grand Quiz de l’Industrie. Using electronic terminals, they answered live questions about the industrial world in a fun, stimulating and friendly atmosphere.

Cofidur SEICO awarded the “Attractive Company” label

At the end of the event, Cofidur SEICO was awarded the ” Attractive Company label, in recognition of our commitment to:

– Promoting careers in industry,
– Passing on our know-how,
– Promoting industrial careers among the younger generation.
