This year, our gender equality index is not measurable, as the evaluable indicators represent fewer than 75 points.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, we are sharing the results obtained for the measurable indicators:<\/p>\n

– Difference in raise rates between women and men
\n– Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest salaries<\/p>\n
